When burning the candle for the first time, let it burn until the melting pool reaches about 1/2 inch from the sides. This diameter will determine the burn tunnel for future burns. Cut the wick 1cm short before each burn. Trim the wick if you ever see exposed herbs. If the candle's sides become matte, simply polish them with a cotton cloth. Burn only under the supervision and keep out of draft and reach of children.

The candle is completely handmade in Latvia by masters using only 100% natural and GMO-free soy wax, the finest lead free all cotton wick, natural fragrances and essential oils. Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled and rolled into flakes. The oil is then extracted from the flakes and hydrogenated. The hydrogenation process converts some of the fatty acids in the oil from unsaturated to saturated. This process dramatically alters the melting point of the oil, making it a solid at room temperature. The left over bean husks are commonly used as animal feed.

Soy wax advantages:
